A HIPERUBANIZAÇÃO, O NEOLIBERALISMO E SUAS CONSEQUÊNCIAS NO MUNDO DO TRABALHO E NO TERRITÓRIO DAS CIDADES

Resumo

O presente monográfico, pretende analisar a conexão existente entre a hiperurbanização, o neoliberalismo e o mundo do trabalho e o território das cidades e as inflexões imbricadas entre esses fenômenos. Através do método hipotético-dedutivo e da técnica de pesquisa bibliográfica, objetiva-se analisar o quão o mundo do trabalho é determinado pelas práticas neoliberais e pela excessiva densidade demográfica das cidades.  O medo constante do desemprego também é moldado pela excessiva concentração de pessoas nos espaços urbanos, fazendo com que o padrão das relações de trabalho se deteriorem. Com o desemprego e a não-inserção ao trabalho surgem os exércitos de excluído – a classe marginalizada - em bolsões de miséria, o que amplia a sensação de insegurança com o aumento da violência.

 Abstract: The present monograph aims to analyze the connection between hyperurbanization, neoliberalism and the world of work and the territory of cities and the inflections interwoven between these phenomena. Through the hypothetico-deductive method and the bibliographical research technique, the objective is to analyze how the world of work is determined by neoliberal practices and by the excessive population density of cities. The constant fear of unemployment is also shaped by the excessive concentration of people in urban spaces, causing the pattern of labor relations to deteriorate. With unemployment and non-insertion in the work the armies of the excluded - the marginalized class - emerge in pockets of misery, which increases the sense of insecurity with the increase of violence.
